Voor meer mondain shoppen is Oud Zuid op loopafstand. Het Sarphatipark is de plek om als buurtbewoners elkaar te begroeten, langere afstanden hardlopen kan ook makkelijk in het nabijgelegen Beatrix- of Vondelpark. Er zijn diverse sportscholen in de directe omgeving. Het metrostation van de Noord-Zuidlijn is op een minuut loopafstand. Deze lijn brengt je in 6 minuten naar het Centraal Station en in 4 minuten naar Zuid/WTC. Eigenlijk heeft De Pijp te veel om op te noemen; kijk gerust op de hotspots vermeld onderaan onze homepage of bij deze aanmelding.

Dan de woning zelf; een ruimte van bijna 90m2, verdeeld over 2 verdiepingen, biedt aan de veeleisende bewoner nagenoeg alles wat deze te wensen heeft. De eigenaren hebben de woning hoogwaardig gerenoveerd met oog voor detail. Vermeldingswaardig is de gietijzeren wenteltrap (een zogenaamde bibliotheektrap) en het vrij spel van daglicht in de gehele woning. Ook de inrichting is met zorg gedaan; je ervaart duidelijk dat de eigenaar er met liefde heeft gewoond en heeft ingericht.

Een gezellige woonkamer op de eerste verdieping met een terras waarin in de luwte genoten kan worden op een warme dag. De woonkamer is licht, stijlvol ingericht en heeft o.a. een smart tv (Samsung Frame). De half open keuken is zeer compleet en voorzien van alle denkbare inbouwapparatuur; vaatwasser, koelkast/diepvries, nieuwe heteluchtoven met stoomfunctie en een nieuwe inductiekookplaat. Er is geen magnetron. Op deze verdieping is verder een toilet en een voorraadkast.
Via voornoemde interne trap wordt de slaapverdieping bereikt. Deze omvat twee slaapkamers waarbij de zeer ruime hoofdslaapkamer is voorzien van een grote kastenwand. De tweede slaapkamer is ingericht als slaap- en werkkamer.

Een bijzondere deur voorzien van gedecoreerd matglas leidt naar de ruime badkamer, waar een inloopdouche en wastafel de bewoner welkom heten. Er is verder nog een apart toilet alsmede een wasmachine- en drogerruimte, hetgeen de woning completeren.

Huurders kunnen een parkeervergunning aanvragen, er is momenteel een wachttijd van ongeveer 2 maanden.

De verhuur vindt plaats onder (onder meer) de navolgende condities:
• Uitgebreid servies, pannen, beddengoed, linnen, Nespresso koffiezetapparaat met melkschuimer, et cetera zijn aanwezig.
• De huurprijs is exclusief gebruikskosten (gas, elektra, water en bewonerslasten gemeente) en inclusief sfeervolle meubels, internet, tv.
• Bij de gevraagde huurprijs dient het tweewekelijks schoonmaken (3 uur per keer) voor EUR 100 per maand te worden opgeteld, derhalve totaal EUR 2.200 per maand.
• De huurperiode is maximaal 2 jaar.
• Geen huisdieren toegestaan.
• Niet-rokers.

De Pijp is the new city center and then actually more enjoyable. Every imaginable international cuisine is within walking distance, from restaurants with a Michelin Star to cozy eateries. The daily Albert Cuyp market is a must. For more mundane shopping, Oud Zuid is within walking distance. The Sarphatipark is the place for local residents to greet each other, longer distances running can easily be done in the nearby Beatrix- or Vondelpark. There are several gyms in the immediate vicinity. The metro station of the North-South line is a one minute walk away. This line takes you to Central Station within 6 minutes and the South/WTC in 4 minutes. Then the house itself; a space of almost 90m2 (950 square foot) divided over 2 floors, offers the demanding resident almost everything they could wish for. The owners have renovated the house to a high standard with an eye for detail. Noteworthy is the cast iron spiral staircase (a so-called library staircase) and the free play of daylight in the entire house. The interior has also been furnished with care; you can clearly feel that the owner loved living there and has decorated the house with care.

A cozy living room on the second floor with a terrace where you can sit and relax on a hot summer day. The living room is bright, stylishly decorated and has, among other things, a smart TV (Samsung Frame). The half open kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge / freezer, new forced air oven with steam function and a new induction hob. There is no microwave. On this floor there is also a toilet and a pantry.

Through the aforementioned internal staircase, the bedroom floor is reached. This includes two bedrooms where the very spacious master bedroom has a large closet area. The second bedroom is furnished as a bedroom / guest room and study.

An extraordinary door with decorated frosted glass leads to the spacious bathroom, where a walk-in shower and sink welcome the resident. There is also a separate toilet as well as a washer and dryer room, which complete the apartment.

Tenants can apply for a parking permit, there is currently a waiting period of about 2 months.

The rental takes place under (among others) the following conditions:
– Extensive crockery, pans, bed linen, Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother, etc. are present.
– The rent is exclusive of utility costs (gas, electricity, water and municipal charges) and includes furniture, internet, TV.
